Isuzu seeks UK's top farmer.
Leading pick-up manufacturer, Isuzu, is currently on the look out for the UK’s 2010 ‘Farm Worker of the Year’.
Run through Farmers Weekly, the award seeks Britain’s best farm employee – whether they be a tractor driver, herdsman, milker, shepherd, game keeper, sprayer operator, farm fitter, farm secretary or general worker. The nominee can be male or female, working full or part-time.
The judges are looking for an individual who has made the most significant impact on the farm and the business. They’ll be keen to see evidence of the nominee’s overall contribution to the business, including skills and experience as well as their influence with other staff. Farm workers can nominate themselves, or be entered by the farm employer or farm manager.
Isuzu UK Marketing Director, Kenyon Neads, said of the award: “The ‘Farmworker of the Year’ award seeks to reward the endeavours of those who make a real difference in their place of work. That’s why we wanted to sponsor it, because we feel the Rodeo pick-up is the perfect companion for these hard-working agricultural employees.”
Isuzu's farmer-friendly Rodeo pick-up range starts at just £12,149 CVOTR for the 2.5-litre 4x2 single cab and rises up to £21,999 CVOTR for the top-of-the-range 3.0-litre double cab Rodeo LE automatic.
